The title of my book is Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. It is written by J.K. Rowling. I really liked this book. This book is a fiction book. That of course means it’s not true.

Harry Potter is a twelve-year-old boy whose parents were killed by Voldemort. Harry has a scar shaped like a lighting bolt on his forehead. He has black hair, like his father, and green eyes, like his mother. Ron Weasley is a red haired, freckled faced boy. Ron is Harry’s best friend. He is very poor and has five older brothers and a younger sister. Hermione Granger is Harry and Ron’s other friend. She has muggle parents. She has bushy brown hair. She is the smartest witch in her class. Ginny Weasley is Ron’s younger sister. She is in her first year at Hogwarts. Draco Malfoy is Harry, Ron, and Hermione’s worst enemy. He is from a pure blood family. Draco is in Slytherin’s house.
The time of the book is now. It takes place in London, England. It also takes place at a school called Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Harry Potter is not a normal boy. He is a wizard in his second year at Hogwarts. Harry lives with his aunt, uncle, and cousin. Uncle Vernon was having a builder and his wife to dinner. Harry was going to have to act like he was not there, while the Masons were there. When they got they the Dursley’s, Harry went up to his room to find a house-elf on his bed. The elf’s name was Dobby; he came to warn Harry not to go back to Hogwarts. Harry didn’t care though; Dobby went down to the kitchen. He made a cake, Mrs. Dursley made, float and land on Mrs. Manson’s head, and disappeared. They thought Harry did it and they punished him. He was locked in his room and had bars put over his window.
A few days later, late one night Harry heard something. A car was flying towards his window. It was Ron and his twin brothers, Fred and George. They pulled the bars off the window and loaded up Harry’s stuff. They went to the Weasley’s house, the Burrow. Mrs. Weasley was mad at them for taking the car. They had to de-gnome the garden, at lunch they got their letters from school telling them what all the needed. They were going to travel by floo powder. Harry had never done this, so he l…
…ng curse on them, but it backfired. Rocks fell between Harry and Ron and Lockhart. Harry followed the passage and ended up in a room and on the floor laid Ginny. Tom Riddle was there, he happens to be Voldemort as a younger boy a Hogwarts. Tom called the basilisk and Dumbledore’s phoenix cam carrying the sorting hat. The phoenix blinded the basilisk the sorting hat pulled out a sword out of it. Harry stabbed the basilisk in the mouth, but it bit him. The phoenix cried on his wound and it healed. Harry took the fang and stabbed the diary and Tom Riddle blew up. The phoenix carried them all back up to Dumbledore’s office. Harry got an award and the exams were canceled. Mr. Malfoy came to the school with his house-elf, Dobby. Harry put his sock on the diary and gave it to him, he threw it to Dobby and Dobby was set free. Harry went back to the Dursley’s and couldn’t wait to go back to school.
There really isn’t a theme to this book at least not that I could find. It didn’t really teach a lesson. I would defiantly recommend this book to anybody and everybody.
