Supervisor support defined the degree to which an employee’s supervisor is sensitive to the employee’s irresponsibility and is willing to adopt those when there is a conflicting work (Carlson and Perrewe, 1999; Mesmer-Magnus and Viswesvaran, 2006). Moreover, support from superiors should make one’s work condition less stressful by providing emotional support, have control over employees’ situations (Carlson and Perrewe, 1999; Anderson et al., 2002). Furthermore, support from superiors act as a tool in reducing the negative effects of work stress and increase the employees’ confidence (Russell et al., 1987). Similarily, the informational support from the superiors enable help the individuals to cope stress effectively (Thomas and Tymon, 1994).
