Major themes in this movie are enterperneruishp, theft, love, betrayal and friendship. It is appearing as the biopic to our culture and thus critic (Fincher, 2010). There are also many other social intriguing concepts about the film and these are including greed, integrity and other many intellectual property rights.
The intellectual rights are for the Harvard graduates and those graduates are hardly coping with the conflicting situations of entrepreneurship. There are many conflicting elements in the movie as well. It is encoding the realistic aspects of the movie. The critical overview is for the young generation. The generation is facing lack of communication and through this lack of communication, Mark’s girlfriend break up with him. It is the reason of disrespectful and rude behavior of Mark. Irony is also the major prevailing theme of modern times.
It is observed in the scene when Mark was unable to make communication with Saverin at the business meeting of Facebook. There are many important questions in respect to technology and challenges. It is not for evolving negativity for using Facebook.
It is also embodying as strongest social network for communication. The fictional aspects are also dealing with the non-fictional aspects. Are the theories valid?Leadership is actually a process through which sense of the work is maintained and even departed well among members. Through effective leadership, it is even propounded to sustain the orders and regulation of different work.
Among many theories, the great different is spouse to be taken among trait and behavioral theories. Theories are proposing specific behavior of leaders and thus also specify them whether they are leaders or non-leaders. Trait theories are telling us about the personality traits or about the character of leaders as they set some orders apart from followers.
On the other hand, behavioral theories are defining the leader’s way of proposing the effectiveness of those traits. It is based on tasks and relationship orientation (Northouse, 2015). The theories are even valid in order to determine the organizational behavior of today’s time. How can organizations select and develop effective leaders? Provide 1 example. In many organizations, there is a task for the officials to go for making best elaboration between managers and leaders.
It is set to be their prime roles. Organizations are now in need of leaders. They can now unleash talent in others. For selecting and developing effective leaders, they often have to go for planning, measurement, monitoring, and coordination, solution, hiring and firing process and also to do a variety of other things. It is better to make investments upon them and thus to check their abilities.

Week 12 (Cultures)Based on your studies of Organizational Behaviour in the past 11 weeks, explain whether interpersonal skills, motivation, group behaviour, leadership style, conflict management structure, predominant leadership style, training and HRM practices are all culturally relative.Organizational behavior is high to be noted and directed through the culture of employees which are actually the content driven by any organization. In above mentioned organizational behaviors such as interpersonal skills, motivations, group behavior, leadership style, conflict management structure, predominant leadership style, training and HRM practices and also many other behaviors are highly dominated by the influence of culture.
These are actually the drivers of any organization which is responsible for directing the organization. Culture and organization is a newly relative concept.Employees are taking the influence of any culture and it could be reflected in their tremendous approaches and even in the way of working. According to some reports, it is a fact that culture is making an impact on the revenues, sales income, and leadership and management styles of companies greatly (De Vita & Case, 2016). The culture is regarded to be the identity of that employee who is having an involvement in each and every way of working with organization. Innovation is also related to it as it is making sustainability and maintenance of the structure.
