I would like to inform you that I am more than willing to try my level best to ensure that you secure a chance with but before that I would like to bring to your attention the company’s social media policy so that you may not find yourself on the wrong side which may make them decline the request. Our company considers the employees to be the ambassadors of the business and it is required that every employee maintains some respectable image all the times even in the public domain. The company’s social media policy requires that the employees should under no circumstances have inappropriate messages, pictures or any other materials in their social media accounts. These types of posts threaten the company’s reputation and the business is not willing to take that risk.
The human resource department is normally very keen to do searches on the social media accounts of the individual the company is planning to hire to make sure they do not have any materials considered inappropriate. I am therefore suggesting that you go through all your social media accounts and delete any information that may be a threat to your getting this chance. Make sure if there are any insightful messages, some immoral materials like nudity or any other material that may attract critics or negative attention from the public, ensure they are all deleted, and your account remains unquestionable. I would like to inform you that failure to delete these materials will give department reason for not hiring employees and some solid reason to decline your request.
