Parvana is a novel written by Deborah Ellis. Parvana and Shauzia are 2 young girls who live in a Taliban ruled country, known as Afghanistan. Both girls are faced with many difficulties throughout the novel.
Parvana has many characteristics she faces many problems and deals with many situations. Parvana is a strong little who plays a huge part of the novel she helps out at home with the chores she fetches water for her family to drink every day and also makes money so that her family are able to survive a live under the Taliban. Parvana is one strong little girl that made a big difference in her little family’s life.
