I so much believe that the patient control nursing because without the Patients there will not be no nurses

I so much believe that the patient control nursing because without the Patients there will not be no nurses. The needs of the patient is what really help to determine the areas and field of nursing. The healthcare industries such as the hospitals control nursing by imposing policies and procedures usually regulated by nursing practice acts. Within the nursing field we have different levels of management and leaders such as, nurse manager, charge nurse, house supervisor, case manager and, nurse educator. These different positions play a vital role in how patient care is delivered in the healthcare setting. Another big role that I personally believe controls nursing is the nurses, we are the ones that are with our patient’s every day in the morning, afternoon and night. We are given every necessary tools that will assist us to deliver safe patient care and are led by competent leaders within our field. Another area of control in nursing is the geographical location and the needs of the community or the environment.
