I personally like this approach

I personally like this approach. If the customer’s needs are already known you can most likely use a formula presentation. This is just a less structured approach that allows for more flexibility and less direction of the presentation. This is pretty common for salespeople who tend to deal with repeat customers. If you know your customers well, you will have a pretty good idea of what will satisfy them. So, you need not waste your time as well as your customer’s time as you already know what he needs and what he wants, that makes the sale pretty quick and also satisfies the customer.
