Giving a good customer service is the focus of our website but in my view, we missed some important components that need to be implemented. I would like to add schedule service that provides slot booking, calendar management, service management, product management and point of sale functionalities. Schedule provide service to a customer on booking date, keep track daily activities, sending message alerts or notification to the customers about appointments, offers, and events. Not only this scheduling e-service helps in managing POS transaction, invoicing, receipts and taxes. For retail management also, this service allows for future booking, contact details, appointment histories and appointment preferences.
This e-service provides good communication service because they can look all info or service and they can book on the app. Clients can take appointment reschedule easily from every place. Secondly, I want to implement a loyalty program in which clients get point to referring their friend, family, and trying out new service.
And these points can be converted into cash so that it will keep clients to come back. ”Moreover”, I want to invest in SEO due to which our website ranks higher and would show up when people type in a search engine like google.
