Even though my research career has just begun, I have accumulated a strong background in several research fields and developed strong research groundwork that will help to ensure my future triumph as a researcher. Over the last few years, I have proactively engaged in research activity and gain research experience.
Being in a faculty position it also acted as a trigger to accomplish my goal related to research activity.My first exposure to research, as an undergraduate, was at the Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation. There I worked on the thesis called “Personal Financial Services and Levels of Customer Satisfaction of HSBC”. After graduating from university, I joined at University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS), there my foremost responsibility was to do research and teaching.

I have given main priority to conduct research. In last 7 years, I involved myself to some universities where I carried our research work and worked as a faculty member. In the year 2013, I joined at University of Dhaka, the best educational institution in Dhaka, Bangladesh for its research collaboration and academic excellence. There I contributed myself to learning and developing few things related with Management and Human Resource Management.
There one of my major projects was on Employee Empowerment, which focused on strategic human resource management related issues and viewed employee as a strategic asset.
