Currently, there are total two employees working; however, Jasmine is looking to add new employees in various areas such as marketing, finance and HR.
The recommended structure for the company is to have a flat structure because this type of structure can drive rapid growth and less bureaucracy can make tasks get completed more efficiently. When properly executed, individual employees are given more responsibility and true ownership of projects by the managers. Furthermore, this structure is beneficial for innovation and autonomy in the company. As Vessel Athletics grows, it is recommended that the company should adopt hierarchy work structure to maintain long term sustainability. This work structure will show clear chain of commands where employees would have a clear image on whom to report where their messages will get channeled along defined and predictable paths. In addition, when the company will grow it will need to manage variety of tasks, ranging from human resources and accounting to marketing and purchasing. The hierarchical structure divides these areas of concern into various department configurations that they are specialized in.Company culture defines the personality of the company and is vital for the well-being of all employees.
