Cantaloupe Banana Nice Cream (King of Icecream)
Ingredients: 1 ½ sliced bananas,2 ½ cups diced cantaloupe, 1/4 cup reduced-fat milk, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon zest, and 2 tbsp chopped pistachios.
Cooking Method: Freeze cantaloupe and bananas in a zip-top freezer bag and leave for overnight. Next day, add the frozen fruits, lemon zest, milk and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until all the ingredients are combined. Place the prepared chocolate in bowls and serve with pistachios.
