At work place

At work place, all practitioners, including staff managers who work directly with service users, they respect to all background individual regardless, religion, race, sex, colour, and disability.
However, when I am acting as practitioner, I ensure that all individuals, service users are treated with dignity regardless gender, religion, belief, disability. When participating in making positive contribution to an organisation and working in partnership, it is very essential that setting’s policies and procedures support equality.
