1. The core and peripheral places mean a reduction of costs when agglomeration economies developed. Industries always try to attract financing to the core through old linkages and some other linkages (Forward linkage, backward linkage, ancillary industries).
However, the development of industrial cores cannot be recognized without scanning the links between the core and peripheral places. Moreover, economic core generates raw material, skilled workers and saving the move from the periphery to the core.
2. Fordist industries: This industry is based upon modern economic and social systems of industries regulate mass production and mass consumption. This industry is derived from the name of Henry Ford. Fordist industries also help to build the famous Levitt town with the help of giant machines. It also helps in social, economic and other theory of good production, workers and working condition.
3. The term de-industrialization describes change or completely removal industrial capacity, especially in heavy industry or in manufacturing industry. The decline of labor workers in the industry is also one of the de-industrialization crises. After 1970 many new processes take place in steel and many other industries like
