As mentioned in Chapter 1 “Understanding Sociology”

As mentioned in Chapter 1 “Understanding Sociology”, that sociology is the study of human behavior using conceptual tools and scientific methodology to discover the impact of society on individuals and the causes and consequences of social change.
In my opinion, I truly believe we as people are sociologists in some ways. The reason being, the scientific study show how relationships between others can have an impact on an individual behavior and attitudes in the society of the he or she interact socially.
From my point of view, sociology is real science from my perspective because, it is known to be a study of various method of understanding how people interact in the society. It is really show how a person look at it why a someone did what they did.
