GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) shall oversee your use of www,princessford.com and any other services we may provide to you ( “Services”).
By your use of the Services, you shall be bound to the Terms and if you disagree with the Terms or any section of it, you are advised not to use the Services. Please note that you must be 18 years of age and above for you to use the Services, and you hereby represent to us that you are at least 18 years if you decide to use the Service.
These Terms can be amended or modified as we may deem fit or in order to comply with existing law/regulation. However, upon any amendment or modification, we shall notify you accordingly, by posting same on our website, and if you continue to use our Services, you would be bound by the Terms and any amendment or modification thereof.
A. Account and Privacy Policy
You would be required to set up a Princess Ford account via a recognized email and passcode, in order to use our Services. (“PrincessFord Account”).
Your password must be kept safe and only known to you at all times. Where you suspect your passcode might have been breached or compromised, you are required to inform us immediately.
The correctness and completeness to the details or information in your PrincessFord Account is your responsibility and you would need to inform us of any change to the information you have provided.
The use of our Services for any fraudulent or criminal act is not allowed, neither is the use of our Services in a way that would cause irritation, breach of public peace or any interruption whatsoever.
PrincessFord reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate without warning your PrincessFord Account or get rid of or edit contents if you are in breach of any applicable law or the Terms .

B. Contract.
Purchases can be made on our website www.princessford.com by sending us a request by email from your PrincessFord Account. Upon receipt of your request to make a purchase, we shall respond via an email confirming receipt, which is an acceptance of receipt of your purchase request. We will only accept your offer and conclude your purchase when we dispatch the Product to you and send an e-mail confirming same. By using our Service, you consent to receive sales invoices electronically in your PrincessFord Account.
C. Cancellation and Returns.
You can cancel your order at no cost and without cause before we send our confirmation e-mail to you. Any cancellation done after we have sent our confirmation e-mail to you shall only be made via Returns.
You need to advise us of your choice to cancel or return your order by submitting your request via e-mail through our Customer Support Center. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.
All Product(s) can be returned within ten (10) days of receipt of the Product(s) to Princess Ford Customer Support Center at …………….., if the Product is complete and it is in an unused and undamaged condition, in exchange for Store Credit. For wrapped or sealed Products, this means that we would only take back such Products in their unopened or unwrapped state or with an undamaged seal. Thus, Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If the returned item(s) do not meet the above criteria, they shall be returned back to you and you shall not be entitled to Store Credit.
We shall refund payments received from you for the Products returned no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the return items. All reimbursement shall be made by us by way of Store Credit. We shall not refund payments until we have received the Products back at our Customer Support Centre.
You will be required to return the Products no later than ten days from the day of your receipt of the items. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Product(s).
Cancellation or Returns does not apply to:
a. Products that are not appropriate for return as a result of health or hygienic details if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
b. Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
c. a Product if we have fully performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;
Please note that Store Credit never expires and can be used at anytime.

Packaging and materials of a product may contain more and different information to what is displayed on our website. Consequently, all information about our Products on our website is given for information purposes only. We advise that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read further information provided with the Product before using them.
E. Availability and Costing
Our prices are exclusive of VAT.
Product information shall be listed on our website. However, we do not guarantee the availability of all Products listed, as we shall notify you as soon as any Products requested by you becomes unavailable, and no charges shall apply to you.
Please note that delivery estimates and timelines are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated on our website.
We will verify our prices as we process your order and before we receive payment from you. Where there is an error and a Product’s price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before dispatch to request whether you want to buy the Product at the correct price or cancel your order. However, where a Product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and forward the Product to you.
F. Customs
Import duties and charges may apply to you when ordering our Products. Thus, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, upon arrival at its specified destination. Please note that additional charges for customs clearance shall be borne by you and also note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the Products. Your privacy is important to us and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We shall not be responsible for Products damaged in such situations.
G. Liability
We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information or Products that have been offered or bought by you for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and items may contain errors to the extent permitted by law.
If we breach these Terms we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach, up to a maximum of the purchase price of your order.. We are not responsible for:
a. losses not caused by our breach;
b. indirect or consequential losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us at the time of entering into these Terms; and/or
c. failure to meet any of our obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
Our aggregate liability to you in connection with each contract shall not exceed the value of the Products ordered by you.
In all cases where we are liable to you, all refunds to you shall be by way of store credit.
H. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights created when you use our Services shall vest in us as you agree that its contents grant no rights to you in relation to our intellectual property rights or those of our partners. All intellectual property rights relating to any of our or third-party content, branding, logos and registered and unregistered trademarks are owned by us or such third parties or their licensors.
You are not allowed to copy or reproduce, modify, redistribute, use or otherwise deal with any intellectual property rights of ours or any of our partners without our or their express written permission. By using our Services, you further agree that you are not allowed to use our Services for commercial exploitation under any circumstances.
I. Applicable law
