That’s why the organisation will give them all-round training and skilful. This team should be always with positive attitude for the proper functioning and drastic development of the project to approach the given goal/task. The most vital part of organisation is train and develop the knowledge of employees that’s why they educate and incubate the culture of organisation to the involve employees of the driven project , this helps the employees to improve the skill enormously which lead the organisation to make a positive mark in the market.Contract research and pharmaceutical organisation plays a vital role in arranging the training programs, it is a dependable and reputed organisation. Hence this research study was conducted at the reputed contract research and pharmaceutical organisation in Telangana state. This study objectives is Impact of training on project management team performance. Identify the factors determining employee’s productivity through training andIdentify the rationality for achievement of goal.

The specifics were gathered by encountering through personal synergy. The specimen contains ten project management team. The size of specimen of each group is contemplated as 12 employees.

The specimens were screened arbitrarly for this research. For demo graphical assessment, manoeuvred T-test and chi-square as an aid for recapitulating the methodical specifics and detailed repercussion.The performance score was calculated adopting rating technique, rating ware assigned as 1-expecting expectation, 2-meeting expectation and 3- not meeting expectation. INTRODUCTION:-PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY: The pharmaceutical industry discovers, develops, produces, and markets drugs or pharmaceutical drugs for use as medications. Pharmaceutical companies may deal in generic or brand medications and medical devices.CONTRACT RESEARCH ORGANISATION :A contract research organization (CRO) is a company that provides support to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries in the form of research services outsourced on a contract basis. The Telangana state having several multinational life sciences organisation like United States Pharmacopeia (USP), Mylon, Dupont and avantis etc.. as well as home fast growing companies like Dr Reddy’s, Aurobindo Pharma, Bharat Biotech etc.

. and Several world renowned academic and research institutes and universities are based in Hyderabad, Telangana state thus creating a enormous pool of talent. Further, new several pharma units also have been proposed in Telangana state . . REVIEW OF LITERATURE:-Divyachauhn (2012)reviewed the significance of project management in pharmaceutical industry.Based on the case study it was conclude that project management plays an important role in sloving productivity problem.A study by Yu Chung Hung et.al .,(2011)evaluated the status of different factors of management system of the pharma industry, from the study it was shown with evidence that 32 variables were taken into consideration , the factors like benchmark strategy and knowledge structure were also considered in the study.Prasadini N Gamage& Mr.

Lionel Imbulana (2013) conducted a study for identify the effect of training in the development of the call centre staff of the Sri Lanka Telecom. Many researches were conducted on the same, and were focused on the between the training development and the employee productivity and not on project management team in “CONTRACT RESEARCH AND PHARMACEUTICAL ORGANISATION IN TELANGANA STATE” so far.RESULTS AND DISCUSSION:-Reveal the impact of training programs on project management team in contract research and pharmaceutical organisation for following facts that.

..From the above data, group of employee performancescores calculatedfrom different category, however found that, significant difference was observed different in age group & staff category of the employees. From above table, it’s clearly indicates the productivity of employee were observed drastic changed after effective training programmes, further from the employees reveals mostly under graduation performance were shown well and significant at 5% level. And other variable not noted any significance.

From the table no 3a ;3b , concluded and notified that , the training programme was shown significant impact on ” have productivity range below 50% group” before and after training programme from 19.1% 10.8%. Further, significant changes also observed on both groupsProductivity range between 75% to 90%.

Productivity range between 50% to 75%. No changes were observed in group of Productivity range between 90% to 100%.From Table No-4, calculated the assessment rating given by respondents for the entire category, assigned as 1-expecting expectation, 2-meeting expectation and 3- not meeting expectation. The expectation from each group the training and motivational programs is mandatory. Example motivated employees performance was significant changed has been observed when compare with non-trained employee. FINDINGS:-Over 75% of Contract Research and Pharmaceutical Organisation dreath credence in success of the driven project, unwanted deforms, un-perfect transmission, doubtful intents and at times unnecessary interference of project management make operation go vigorously inaccurate.At time , the environment in the organisation will become aggravate due to non-flexible or accurate plans, later training , superior production and constant magnification and hush working environment noticed .

The human resource implements other than training accompanied in the organisation are very crucial for intensifying their engrossment toward the training and the upcoming developmental strand, the level of execution and awareness about their products, plan of action decides the importance of the employee training other then the new jonnies. It also discloses the serial training programmes are compulsory to the employees in contract research and pharmaceutical organisation in Telangana state.SUGGESTIONS:-Today, project management team in the contract research and pharmaceutical organisation is at an existingstage, levy with enforcing some of the greatest aspiring widening plans in a borough, the team should have Proffered with benefited training intermittently, Procuring white collars to haft the mission.Proficient and aerodynamic onus with legitimate methodology.
