The results of the Leadership Self-Assessment Quiz and also the results of the Situational Leaders Quiz gave me an insight that when it comes to adapting to the approach of Situational Leadership I have a strong situational perspective as a leader.
It became evident from the results that in situational leadership approach I as a leader possess the S2 leadership style which means selling/ coaching. In other words it can be described as where a leader focuses highly on the tasks and also focuses highly on relationship building and is for those followers who have developed some competency, have shown improved commitment.
